If you show up to a course without prior registration you may be turned away. If we are able to accommodate you, there will be an additional $75.00 same day registration fee applied to the course fee.

Students can register for classes by clicking the Register Online link on the home page or calling the office 775-384-2248 ext. 0.

Students will receive an email confirmation of enrollment, directions to the course facility and course specific details. 

Students may reschedule a course once for a $50.00 fee when we receive 7-days advance notice.

Less that 7-days advance notice the rescheduling fee is one-half the course fee.

Failure to appear or cancellation the day of class results in a forfeiture of all course fees paid. 
 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. 

Rescheduling of any course must occur within 3 months from the initial course date. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in a forfeiture of fees and you will need to pay for a new course. 

 

Students are required to have a copy of the current version of their course textbooks readily available, before, during and after their course. (Print or e-books are acceptable.)

If a student cancels a course, they will be offered an opportunity to reschedule according to the Snowy River EMS Productions LLC rescheduling policy.  Fees will not be refunded for a cancelled course.

Students must complete any required pre-course materials prior to their course date and must bring completed materials to class. 

Although not common practice, Snowy River EMS Productions LLC reserves the right to cancel any course up to 5 days prior to the scheduled course dates. Should we cancel a course, students will be given the opportunity to reschedule into another course without penalty or rescheduling fees or will have the option to have their course fees refunded.
